About Rehnuma Pakistan
Plain-English guides to the paperwork every Pakistani deals with sooner or later.
Rehnuma means "guide" in Urdu, and that is exactly what this site tries to be: a plain-English walkthrough for the government forms, telecom packages, utility bills, and everyday paperwork that Pakistanis deal with constantly but that official portals rarely explain clearly.
What We Cover
- Telecom , call, SMS, and internet packages for Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, Zong, and Warid, plus PTA mobile registration and DIRBS.
- Government services : CNIC renewal, NADRA processes, passport applications, driving licences, and vehicle verification through MTMIS.
- Bills , how to check and pay electricity bills (LESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, IESCO, K-Electric, and others) and gas bills (SNGPL, SSGC).
- Schemes and tax : BISP and Ehsaas eligibility, CM Punjab programmes, FBR tax filing, and net metering for solar.
- Everyday topics , shorter guides on things like phone accessories, contact lenses, pet care, and home construction that come up in daily life.
How We Write Guides
Every guide is written by someone who has gone through the actual process, not summarised from a press release. We note where the official portal gets confusing and update pages when a government or utility website changes its process. Guides carry a note on when they were last checked so you can judge how current the information is , processes at NADRA, PTA, and provincial departments change without much notice, so we recommend confirming time-sensitive details directly with the relevant department before you act on them.
Who We Are
