How to Convert Package Via IVR
Some users don’t know how to convert their current call package via IVR. Here is a complete guide. Follow steps below to convert your call package.
Suppose, you are using Jazz Haftawar offer or any other package and you want to convert your package to Jazz Budget, this is how you can do so.
- Dial 123 from your Jazz SIM.
- An automated call representative explains some choices. Press “3” for settings of your package.
- Choose a number” to select the package. e.g. if you are using Jazz Easy and want to convert to Jazz Budget, press “1.”
- Select “1” again to confirm your choice.
That’s it, guys. You have successfully converted the call packaged.

- All prices include taxes.
- There is no subscription fee for any plan.
- Conversion of a plan via IVR or USSD code is free for the very first time. However, at the next conversion, you pay Rs 17.93 every time.
- If you convert via call centre or Jazz helpline, Rs 17.93 will be deducted from your account.
- Calling minutes are only for nationwide calls.
- If you have zero-balance, the package isn’t automatically de-activated. Unsubscribe from it properly.
- You can avail multiple call packages at the same time.
