Ufone Internet Packages

Ufone internet packages cover everything from a Rs. 5 WhatsApp daily bundle to 25 GB monthly plans, plus the cheapest night data in Pakistan.

Ufone's mobile internet has come a long way since the network's 4G rollout in 2019. In 2026 it is comparable to Jazz and Telenor in most major cities, with consistent download speeds and decent coverage. The internet package menu, however, is the most complicated of any Pakistani network — Ufone runs dozens of overlapping bundles, regional offers and limited-time promotions, so picking the right one takes some patience.

When Ufone data packages make sense

Ufone data packages are a good fit for these users:

Heavy mobile-only users in tier-three cities and rural areas often find Jazz or Telenor more reliable than Ufone, so weigh the network experience in your specific area before committing to a monthly Ufone internet bundle.

Worth checking before you subscribe

The first thing to understand about Ufone is the night bundle structure. 'Night Data' packages give you huge data quotas (sometimes 20 GB or more) at very low prices, but the data only works between 1 am and 9 am. If you sleep through these hours, the bundle is essentially useless. If you watch late-night streaming or download files to your laptop overnight, night data is the cheapest broadband available.

The second thing is bundle stacking. Unlike Jazz or Telenor, Ufone explicitly allows stacking multiple internet bundles on the same SIM with no conflict. You can have a monthly main bundle and a daily booster active at the same time, and the system uses them in a logical order (short-validity bundles first, long-validity last).

The third thing is app-specific data. Ufone partners with several apps (Snack Video, TikTok, Ufone TV) for sponsored data — meaning watching content on those apps does not count against any data bundle. If you use those apps heavily, this is worth knowing because it changes the cost calculation.

Finally, Ufone uses both 4G and the new 4G+ standard. 4G+ delivers noticeably faster speeds but requires a phone made after 2021. If your phone is older, you will only see standard 4G speeds even with the most premium bundle.

Every Ufone internet bundle

The bundles below are the standard nationwide Ufone offers. There are additional regional bundles (particularly in Sindh and Balochistan) that are not listed here — those will only show up on phones whose SIMs are registered in those regions.

If your Ufone bundle says 'Internet Speed Limit' anywhere in the package description, the carrier will throttle your data after a soft cap — often around 5 GB even within a 25 GB bundle. Check the package details carefully before assuming all the listed data comes at full speed.

How to start a Ufone data package

  1. Check current balance

Dial *124# on your Ufone number. Make sure you have at least the bundle price. Some Ufone packages also need a small additional amount as 'service fee' on top of the listed price.

  2. Activate via USSD or app

Either dial the package code from the table exactly, or open the My Ufone app and tap the package under the Internet tab. The app method is easier for first-time users and shows package details before charging.

  3. Wait for activation confirmation

Ufone usually confirms within 30 seconds via SMS. If no SMS arrives in two minutes, dial *707# to manually check whether the bundle is active.

  4. Adjust APN settings if data does not work

If the bundle activates but your phone shows no data, check Phone Settings → Mobile Networks → APN. The Ufone APN should be 'ufone.pktelco' or 'ufone.pinternet' depending on the package. Restart the phone after changing the APN.

Ufone internet questions

One more note on choosing Ufone internet

Mobile internet quality varies enormously between cities and even between neighbourhoods within a city. The most reliable way to find out whether Ufone is good for your specific area is to ask a neighbour or colleague who already uses it. Network speed tests run from a single location once tell you very little — what matters is consistent speed over weeks of normal use.

If you are switching from another carrier, consider keeping the old SIM active for a month while you test Ufone. Ufone offers Mobile Number Portability so you can keep your existing number when you switch carriers. The transfer takes about three working days and costs Rs. 200 as of 2026.
