StormFibre Internet Packages
StormFibre's Triple Play packages combine fiber internet, landline phone and IPTV in one bundle. Here are all the current tiers with prices.
StormFibre is one of Pakistan's newer FTTH (fiber-to-the-home) providers, focused primarily on urban residential customers in Karachi, Lahore and a growing list of secondary cities. The company positions itself as a premium alternative to PTCL with faster speeds, better customer service and triple-play bundles that combine internet, landline phone and IPTV in a single subscription.
Where StormFibre is worth considering
StormFibre tends to suit these types of households:
- Families in Karachi or Lahore who want triple-play (internet + landline + IPTV) in a single bundle rather than separate subscriptions.
- Heavy internet users who want gigabit-class speeds at competitive prices.
- Households that have struggled with PTCL reliability and are looking for an alternative.
- Anyone whose area has StormFibre coverage and who values fiber speeds over the cost premium versus DSL alternatives.
StormFibre is not a fit if you live outside their coverage footprint — they do not yet reach smaller cities or rural areas. It is also less useful if you specifically do not want a landline or IPTV — those come as part of every package and you pay for them whether or not you use them.
What sets StormFibre apart
The first distinguishing feature is the Triple Play structure. Every package includes internet plus a landline number plus basic IPTV channels — there is no internet-only tier. If you want just the internet, you still pay for the bundled extras. The trade-off is that the bundle pricing is often lower than buying the three services separately from competitors.
The second feature is the unusual download-to-upload speed ratios in the package tiers. Most consumer broadband globally offers asymmetric speeds with download much higher than upload. StormFibre's lower tiers actually offer higher upload speeds than download — which is unusual but useful for users who upload large files frequently (video creators, cloud-backup heavy users, freelancers sending design files).
The third consideration is the Wi-Fi AP add-on. The standard installation includes a router with basic Wi-Fi coverage suitable for a 5-marla house. For larger homes (10 marla or above) you can add a Wi-Fi access point during installation for an extra Rs. 4,700 — this gives better coverage in distant rooms.
The fourth thing is the install fee structure. StormFibre's installation fees are higher than PTCL's flat Rs. 2,500 — ranging from Rs. 6,999 to Rs. 11,499 depending on the package. The higher tiers actually have lower install fees in some cases, because StormFibre prices the install as a discount incentive on premium plans.
Current StormFibre packages
The packages below are StormFibre's main nationwide promotional offerings as of 2026. All are Triple Play bundles — internet plus landline phone plus basic IPTV. The Wi-Fi AP add-on is optional and available at Rs. 4,700 as a one-time fee, useful for homes larger than around 5 marla.
| Package | Download / Upload | Install fee | Monthly fee | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Triple Hurricane Promo 2.0 | 1000 Mbps / 115 Mbps | Rs. 11,499 | Rs. 9,999 | Triple Play (Internet + Landline + IPTV) |
| Triple Tornado Promo | 50 Mbps / 70 Mbps | Rs. 11,499 | Rs. 5,999 | Triple Play (Internet + Landline + IPTV) |
| Triple Thunder Promo 2.0 | 30 Mbps / 50 Mbps | Rs. 7,999 | Rs. 3,999 | Triple Play (Internet + Landline + IPTV) |
| Triple Blizzard Promo | 20 Mbps / 40 Mbps | Rs. 6,999 | Rs. 2,999 | Triple Play (Internet + Landline + IPTV) |
| Triple Typhoon Promo 2.0 | 10 Mbps / 25 Mbps | Rs. 9,999 | Rs. 1,999 | Triple Play (Internet + Landline + IPTV) |
StormFibre uses the word 'Promo' in package names because they treat all current tariffs as ongoing promotional pricing. The intent is to suggest the regular price would be higher — in practice, these prices have been stable for over a year and are unlikely to change soon.
How to sign up for StormFibre
- Check coverage at your address
Visit stormfibre.com or call their helpline. Provide your full address — house number, street, sector or block, city. The rep checks whether fiber drop is available at your specific location. Do not skip this step; StormFibre's coverage is spotty in some neighbourhoods even within their advertised cities.
- Submit an application online
Fill the online sign-up form with name, CNIC, complete address, mobile number and the package you want. Upload a CNIC scan. There is no payment at this stage — the form just registers your interest.
- Confirmation call and site survey
A StormFibre representative calls within 24 to 48 hours to confirm your selection. A surveyor visits your home over the next 2 to 5 days to check the fiber drop point and plan the cable route. The survey usually takes 20 minutes.
- Installation and activation
Installation happens within 3 to 7 days after the survey, depending on availability. The team runs the fiber into your house, installs the ONT and router, configures Wi-Fi, sets up the IPTV box and the landline phone, and tests everything. Total installation usually takes 3 to 4 hours. You pay the install fee on the day; first month's bill comes 30 days later.
StormFibre — questions before you commit
One last note on StormFibre availability
StormFibre is expanding its network rapidly but is still primarily a Karachi-and-Lahore service in 2026. If you live in a city they cover, the service is competitive and worth considering. If you live elsewhere, you will need to look at PTCL, Nayatel (if in the Twin Cities), or other regional providers like Optix or Transworld.
One practical tip: even within StormFibre coverage zones, the actual fiber drop availability varies by building age and street. Older neighbourhoods with concrete-trenched roads sometimes wait longer for fiber drop installation than newer planned societies. Apartment buildings can be easier or harder depending on whether the building owner has agreed to in-house cabling.
The packages listed in this guide reflect StormFibre's standard Triple Play offerings as of mid-2026. Pricing has been stable for over a year, but verify on the company's website before signing up — promotional discounts on install fees do appear occasionally.
